To drive a culture where equity and inclusion are embedded into your policies, practices and guidelines, you must understand the foundations of DEI, the emotional and practical drives, community and familial influences, and challenge your beliefs and actions. Throughout these course, you will learn to recognize and remove barriers in order to lead a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace, with equitable practices, and a culture of belonging.
